Who's taking care of our children?

Making the news today, a northern Ontario researcher tells us that children as young as 3 years old can have a poor body image.   This may come from modelling parents and family, television, advertising.... This view can stay with them for life, resulting in many problems such as depression.

Are we paying enough attention to our kids?  Advertisers certainly are, encouraging young children to want processed cereals by having cartoon characters "angled" on the box to make eye contact with them.

Now isn't that depressing?
